Batshuayi scores his first goal with Valencia CF

After the great return of Coquelin against Villarreal CF, Marcelino did not hesitate to place him in the starting line-up, where Carlos Soler was again in the role of midfielder, with Wass and Guedes on the side. It was Coquelin’s come back to Mestalla since he faced Real Betis on March 4th.
He was well positioned, read the game perfectly and gave no option to the rival. Coquelin finished the game with 24 passes and 79% of them were good.
Without a doubt, Coquelin is one of the team leaders and always prioritizes the good of the team. In the 56th minute of the match he ran to push Batshuayi away from a rival who had hit him with the body in an offensive action.
In the 69th minute he was replaced by Kondogbia and the fans got up from their seats to applaud Coquelin, who returned the affection with a round of applause. Welcome back to Mestalla!
